2. a. I will open the story with my personal experience or the story of the people I admire.

b. Investigative question:  What factors are needed for a self-made person?

c. Conventional wisdom: you cannot have a noble child from a humble family

3. It’s difficult to start a business and make it successful. I admire those people who build a business empire with limited resources and I’m curious about if there are some common factors that making these people successful.

4. By writing this article, I want to learn some specific quality from these people and the reason why they can succeed.

6. The type of this feature story: the how-it-works story. This story will analyze how a self-made person started a business from 0 and created more and more wealth to become a member of the upper class.

7. This story is for people who have big dreams but facing a difficult situation, and the commerce students who want to start their own business in the future.

8. The purpose of this article is to show what are the necessities to become a self-made person and encourage people who are from a not wealthy family to break the class barriers and not be afraid to pursue their dreams.

10. This story is about the group of the self-made people. We can see that there are lots of billionaires whose properties are inherited from the elder generations in their big families and they can create more properties base on this foundation. Because of it, social mobility is becoming lower. Also, there is an saying “you cannot have a noble child from a humble family”. This situation can be seen everywhere in the world. Indeed, it’s difficult for a normal person to be a successful businessman without various supports from the family and the social circle. For those people who start their own business from zero, what is their secret of success? What brings them chances to totally change their life? I would like to analyze the factors of the success of these self-made people in this article, also, the necessities of starting and operating a business might be mentioned in the article, which will make the commerce students have a more clear idea of how business is working and introduce commerce to people who have never learnt anything about it before.
